On August 16, 1972, President Richard M. Nixon, Camp David operator, and Julie Nixon Eisenhower met in the Aspen Lodge study at Camp David from 3:45 pm to 3:56 pm. The Camp David Hard Wire taping system captured this recording, which is known as Conversation 202-020 of the White House Tapes.
