Mandatory Declassification Review and Systematic Review Materials are now open
The Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum has recently opened to the public declassified National Security Council (NSC) records. In the 400+ documents processed systematically and in response to mandatory declassification review requests, the opening includes files from the National Security Council (NSC) Files, Country Files - Africa, Country Files - Europe, and Country Files - Far East; President's Daily Briefings; NSC Institutional Files; White House Special Files, Staff Member and Office Files; Henry Kissinger Office Files; and H.H. Saunders Chronological Files.
This Systematic and Mandatory Declassification Review release includes eight boxes of newly declassified materials.
