Abrams, Jr., Gen. Horace M. Wade, Henry A. Kissinger, Alexander M. Haig, Jr., Alexander P. Butterfield, and White House photographer met in the Oval Office of the White House from 10:14 am to 11:34 am. The Oval Office taping system captured this recording, which is known as Conversation 817-005 of the White House Tapes.
