Fitzsimmons, [Joseph] Lane Kirkland, John B. Connally, James D. Hodgson, George P. Shultz, Arthur F. Burns, Paul W. McCracken, Willie J. Usery, and Ronald L. Ziegler, met in the Cabinet Room of the White House at an unknown time between 10:13 am and 12:39 pm. The Cabinet Room taping system captured this recording, which is known as Conversation 072-001 of the White House Tapes.
