Shultz, George Meany, [Joseph] Lane Kirkland, Frank E. Fitzsimmons, Leonard Woodcock, Paul Hall, R. Heath Larry, James M. Roche, Stephen D. Bechtel, John F. O'Connell, and Edward W. Carter, met in the Cabinet Room of the White House from 3:07 pm to 5:16 pm. The Cabinet Room taping system captured this recording, which is known as Conversation 125-002 of the White House Tapes.
