During the week of March 21 to March 25 parking at the Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum will be restricted due to preparations for the celebration of the 15th Annual Children's Water Festival presented by the Orange County Water District, Disneyland Resort, the National Water Research Institute and the Municipal Water District of Orange County.  Over 5,000 fifth and sixth grade students are expected to attend the actual event on March 23 and 24.

On March 21 and 22, and 25, 2011, regular visitors, researchers and staff are asked to park at the Friends Church at 5141 Lakeview Ave. in Yorba Linda, across from the Library.  On Wednesday March 23 and 24, 2011 visitors, researchers and staff will be shuttled from the Yorba Linda Community Center at 4501 Casa Loma, Yorba Linda - the shuttle will be available during regular business hours, from 9:30 am to 5 pm.  Maps will be provided at the Library entrances.
